AI-Assisted Product Launch & E-commerce Design

A complete Amazon launch strategy for a new Maisonovo product, integrating market research, AI-powered visual production, and high-converting listing design.

The Challenge

Create a compelling Amazon listing capable of communicating the product's key benefits, differentiating it from competitors, and increasing visibility through strategically selected keywords and customer-focused messaging.

At the same time, the visual content needed to align with Maisonovo's premium lifestyle positioning while working within Amazon's highly competitive marketplace.

The Process

01. Research & Competitive Analysis

Analyzed competing products, category trends, customer reviews, and top-performing Amazon listings to identify opportunities, visual patterns, and recurring customer pain points.

Key findings informed both the visual approach and content hierarchy of the listing.

02. Content Strategy & Copy Development

Using product features, customer insights, and category research, I developed a structured listing strategy focused on:

  • Product benefits

  • Customer pain points

  • Feature communication

  • SEO-oriented keywords

  • Conversion-focused messaging

AI-assisted ideation was used to accelerate copy exploration and organize information architecture while maintaining human review and final decision-making.

03. AI-Assisted Visual Development

Starting from standard white-background product photos, AI tools were integrated into the workflow to generate contextual lifestyle imagery and product-use scenarios.

The process included:

  • Prompt development

  • Image generation

  • Visual exploration

  • Image enhancement

  • Art direction and selection

  • Retouching and refinement

The goal was to transform basic product photography into premium marketing assets while maintaining consistency with the Maisonovo brand.

The Outcome

Designed a complete set of listing images focused on communicating product value clearly and efficiently.

The project demonstrates how AI can be integrated into professional e-commerce workflows to accelerate content production, expand creative possibilities, and enhance visual storytelling.
